In the initial Yoga Therapy session, an assessment of the current situation is reviewed, with goals established. We discuss any concerns the client may have. Structural poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and more are customized for the individual to promote self-healing.
The first session is 90 minutes.
Follow up sessions are 60 minutes, allowing time for therapeutic discussion as well as choosing tools that best fit the individual’s needs.
It’s best to wear comfortable clothing. Sessions are managed on a one-on-one appointment basis.
